In conditions that were more suitable for a duck then a cross country runner both Junior Merrick Michaelson and Freshman Noam Goel reached their personal best times over the 3 mile loop in Webberville, Michigan. Both boys finished in the top 30 at the MHSAA Regional cross country meet. Merrick's 9th place overall finish was good enough for him to qualify for the MHSAA state championships for the second year in a row. The cross country program led by 3rd year head coach Andrew Picard, has shown continued growth and improvement during his time. 2021 is the first time Frankel has had more then one runner compete at the MHSAA regional. Congratulations to both boys and continued success for next year.
